We are looking for part-time support staff (flexible hours) to assist our Destination Specialist (Sales) with follow up communications to customers. You will work closely with a team of 3/4 to establish communication and ensure the specific needs of each customer have been met. You will also assist in sending out new quotations for activity only events.

Excellent interpersonal skills, telephone manner and written communication in the form of email & text.
Basic IT literacy skills for using emails and our bespoke CRM system.
Ability to work well in a close team environment, collaborating with our Destination Specialist to service potential customers.
Ability to manage a busy call schedule, staying on top of both outbound and inbound communications.
Ability to provide a fantastic level of professionalism and customer service to all potential and existing customers and supplier.
Provide support across an array of tasks including; Outbound follow up calls, new enquiry courtesy calling and creating & sending activity quotes.
