- 60ml Vanilla Vodka
- 15ml Passoa
- 15ml Monin Vanilla Syrup
- 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
- 60ml Champagne (or Prosecco)
- 2 Passion Fruits
- Ice
Cocktail Equipment
- Cocktail Shaker
- Martini Glasses
- Shot Glasses
Mixology Method
- Halve one of your passion fruits and scoop both sides into your cocktail shaker.
- Add all the ingredients apart from the champagne and the remaining passion fruit.
- Add a handful of ice, apply the lid and shake thoroughly.
- Pour through a strainer into your martini glasses and add half a passion fruit to each.
- Serve with champagne or prosecco shot.
