Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Groupia Ltd Affiliate Programme ("Programme"). This Programme covers not only Groupia Ltd but also our other brands including GoHen.com, StagWeb.co.uk, CompanyAwayDays.com, and GroupiaGolf.com. By joining our Programme, you (the "Affiliate") agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your participation and ensure a fair and mutually beneficial partnership.

2. Eligibility & Enrolment

• 2.1. To apply, you must submit an application via our official affiliate platform. Approval is at Groupia Ltd’s sole discretion.
• 2.2. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.
• 2.3. Affiliates must operate a website, social media channel, or other online platform relevant to Groupia Ltd’s target audience.
• 2.4. Groupia Ltd reserves the right to reject or remove any affiliate deemed unsuitable.

3. Affiliate Tracking & Commissions

• 3.1. Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link to monitor referred traffic and conversions.
• 3.2. A commission is earned only on confirmed bookings made via the tracking link.
• 3.3. The commission structure is outlined below and may be adjusted by Groupia Ltd with prior notice.

At Groupia, we value our affiliate partners and offer competitive commissions to reward your promotional efforts.
Unless stated differently in a seperate agreement, below is the commission structure for our affiliate program:

Full Weekend Bookings

• Commission Examples: £50 per confirmed booking
• Eligibility: A confirmed booking must include a minimum of 1 night's stay plus an activity.
• GoHen.com / StagWeb.co.uk bookings

Hen/Stag-fest Bookings

• Commission Examples: £75 per confirmed booking
• Eligibility: A confirmed booking for our hen/stag-fest trademarked package.
• GoHen.com / StagWeb.co.uk bookings

Activity Only Bookings

• Commission Examples: £25 per confirmed booking
• Eligibility: A confirmed booking that includes only an activity, without the accommodation.
• GoHen.com / StagWeb.co.uk / GroupiaGolf.com bookings

4. Payment Terms

• 4.1. Payments will be made monthly, provided the Affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold (specified in our monthly affiliate report).
• 4.2. Payments will be processed via bank transfer to the nominated account specified upon sign-up.
• 4.3. Affiliates are responsible for any transaction fees related to their chosen payment method.
• 4.4. Groupia Ltd is not responsible for any tax liabilities incurred by the Affiliate.

5. Prohibited Activities

• 5.1. Affiliates must not engage in misleading advertising, spamming, or any unethical marketing tactics.
• 5.2. Affiliates must not bid on Groupia Ltd’s brand name or trademarks in paid search campaigns.
• 5.3. Cookie stuffing, link cloaking, or any form of tracking manipulation is strictly prohibited.
• 5.4. Affiliates must not engage in deceptive practices, such as fake reviews or misrepresentation of Groupia Ltd’s services.
• 5.5. Any violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.
• 5.6. Groupia Ltd reserves the right to void commissions for fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referred transactions.

6. Intellectual Property & Branding

• 6.1. Affiliates may use Groupia Ltd’s approved logos, banners, and marketing materials provided.
• 6.2. Affiliates may not modify, alter, or misrepresent Groupia Ltd’s branding.
• 6.3. Affiliates must not imply direct employment, partnership, or official endorsement beyond their affiliate status.

7. Programme Termination

• 7.1. Groupia Ltd reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at its discretion, with notice.
• 7.2. Affiliates may terminate participation at any time by notifying Groupia Ltd in writing.
• 7.3. Upon termination, all outstanding commissions (if eligible) will be settled in accordance with our standard payment schedule.

8. Liability & Indemnification

• 8.1. Groupia Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Programme.
• 8.2. Affiliates agree to indemnify Groupia Ltd against claims arising from any breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9. Amendments

• 9.1. Groupia Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• 9.2. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

We, like yourselves, want a great relationship without disputes but should there be any please simply put the case in writing and it will be dealt within 3 workdays.
