Groupia Ltd ("the Company", trading as Groupia Golf, GoHen, StagWeb, Groupia School Trips and Company Away Days) entered Administration on 16 June 2026, with Nigel Fox and Christopher Marsden of S&W Partners LLP appointed as Joint Administrators. The Company has now ceased taking new bookings, and arrangements are in place with ABTOT to support customers with existing bookings.

Claim your refund directly from your card issuer. Download the relevant letter to support your claim:
Use the debit card letter if you paid by credit card but the charge was under £100.

Submit an online claim to Gallagher Bassett, who act for ABTOT. You will need your booking confirmation and proof of payment.

The Groupia Affiliate Program allows partners to earn commissions by referring customers to our brands. When referred customers make a booking via a referred dedicated URL, the partner earns a commission.
You can earn £50 for every full weekend* booked on the back of your referral, or £25 for an activity-only booking. *A full weekend constitutes at least one night’s accommodation plus at least one activity or entertainment option.
Commissions are paid out 4 weeks after the booking confirmation. Payment methods will be detailed in your affiliate agreement.
