Booking Terms

Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit may be required. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.

Balance - The remaining balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your stay.

Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.

Behaviour Bond

A behavioural bond of £200 (refundable) will be due 14 days prior to your event , payable by Bank Transfer.

Please Note

Please bring your own charcoal and firelighters and remember to clean the BBQ prior to your departure.

The following are NOT provided:

Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner
Table cloths and napkins
All food, drinks and condiments (including tea, coffee, cooking oils, salt & pepper)
Kitchen roll
Foil and/or cellophane
Specialist cocktail glasses (only high ball tumblers are provided)
Ice or ice trays
Hot tub towels - please bring these if you wish to use the hot tub
Charcoal and firelighters (if using the outdoor BBQ)
Wood for the log burner
Any cables needed (HDMI, AUX, USB)
