Booking Terms

Deposit - A secondary, non-refundable holding deposit may be required. Please refer to your quote or ask your Destination Specialist for further details.

Balance - The remaining balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your stay.

Cancellation - Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable. For further information regarding cancellations and final balances please refer to our terms & conditions.

Behaviour Bond

A behavioural bond of £600 (refundable) will be due 28 days prior to your event , payable by Bank Transfer.

Please Note

There are no plug sockets in the tents. Plugs are available in the communal areas.

The site is adjacent to Meadow View Glamping (the two camps are separated only by a fence and tree line), so you may hear noise from the group in the other area and vice versa. 

Site Rules:

• Please do not play loud music or disturb others during your stay. It is quiet time on site between 22:30 and 07:30
• Please note that hot tubs are not permitted on site due to the damage they do to the land
• DJs, live music and butler in the buff / strippers are not permitted on-site
